Since my last stats (3/26), my body fat has dropped by 1.3% (3.1 pounds) and my lean mass has increased by almost 4 pounds. My weight went up, but it's because of the muscle.
That is one reason I like the body fat scales. In the old days, it you busted ass all week and saw a 1 lb increase, you would scream and say screw it, I can't lose weight.
Still with the weight training with HIIT cardio.
Last weekend was typical in my eating habits (poor) but I did work out and drank lot's of H20.
We're thinking about getting the kids into Taekwondo. My oldest daughter and I would be in the same class if I signed up. It might be a good way to add some flexibility training along with a different cardio approach. We'll see.
