My good and bad habits...

Good Habits:

I work out regularly, five to six days a week. Most days combine cardio and weights.

My workouts are intense. I throw around heavy weights and do HIIT cardio. One of my pet peeves are people who come to the gym and don't even break a sweat. Seriously, if you're reading when on the recumbent bike, pedaling slowly, why do you even come to the gym?

I have good nutrition before and after workouts. High quality protein and good carbs.

I drink water as first choice. I'm always guzzling water, even when I eat out. I enjoy a soda every now and then, but water is my main beverage.

I get my fiber in every day. I love whole grain cereals, slow cook oatmeal, almonds, some green veggies.

I have a sit down job, but have the luxury to move around often. So I'm up and down a lot.

Bad Habits:

I eat clean morning and noon, but come nighttime, I pig out. I get home late from work most nights (7 p.m. or later) and sit down for a big dinner and then snack more than I should.

I love cookies. Give me a glass of cold milk and any cookie and I'm a happy camper.

Portion control is my enemy. When I portion out, I still feel hungry after eating. That's when the snacking begins.

Weekends are bad. Take Sunday for example... Church in the morning, family activities afternoon/evening. No workout and lots of eating all day. (especially during football season).
