Stats Day 1

I used to be mid-level management at a major corporation before I openend my own business. Because of that time in the corporate world, I am data-obsessed. Tracking trends, spikes, etc., and then figuring out the causes and future directions.

With that, I'm going to post by weight goals with bodyfat and hydration stats daily (schedule permitting).

Caveat...

I've had a body fat scale in the past and found that I get better readings in the late afternoon/evening than in the morning. My understanding is that you are dehydrated in the morning after 8-10 hours of sleep and that will skew the readings. However, I can do this much easier in the morning than at nighttime, so my reading will always show me dry with a higher body fat reading.

I figure that if I get those high BF% readings down with morning stats, I'll actually be a bit better than the numbers show as I progress.

Goal Weight: 190 lbs
Goal BF%: 15-18%
Goal Lean Mass: 165-170 lbs
Goal Body Fat: 20-25 lbs
